About the Role

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Amazon Connect solutions for voice, chat, and task-based customer interactions.

Develop custom contact flows, IVRs, and integrations with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and other AWS services.

Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, case management systems, and internal APIs.

Customize and manage features such as routing profiles, agent hierarchies, queues, and hours of operation.

Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Implement analytics and reporting using Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Contact Lens, and other tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customer support, product, and IT teams, to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.

Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

Provide technical documentation, training, and support for operations teams and end users.

Responsibilities & Benefits

Required Qualifications:


Technical experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.


Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.


Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and IAM.


Strong understanding of contact center operations, telephony systems, and customer service platforms.


Familiarity with Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Kinesis is a plus.


Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).


Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).


Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.


Experience with Amazon Connect CCP (Contact Control Panel) customization.


Background in user experience design for voice/chat interfaces.


Familiarity with tools like Amazon QuickSight, AWS Glue, or other BI tools.


Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
